Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeatBounty — the website beatbounty.app, the web application app.beatbounty.app and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What BeatBounty is
BeatBounty is a marketplace that connects music artists and advertisers ("Advertisers") with short-video creators ("Creators"). Advertisers publish promotional campaigns ("Campaigns") for creating TikTok videos featuring a specific music track. Creators participate in Campaigns, publish videos on TikTok and receive rewards on their Service balance when their videos reach the Campaign goals.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You can register with an email and password, or sign in with your TikTok account. One account may have an Advertiser profile, a Creator profile, or both.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You may link one or more TikTok accounts to your Creator profile. A TikTok account can be linked to only one BeatBounty profile at a time.
3. TikTok integration
- The Service integrates with TikTok through the official TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit and Display API). We never ask for your TikTok password.
- When linking a TikTok account you choose which permissions to grant on TikTok's consent screen. All requested permissions are required for full functionality (verifying campaign requirements and tracking video performance); with partial permissions some features will be unavailable.
- You may revoke access at any time in your TikTok app settings or by unlinking the account in your profile. Revoking access stops performance tracking and may end your participation in active Campaigns.
- BeatBounty is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok.
4. Campaigns and rewards
- Advertisers define Campaign terms: the track, the brief, the target metric and threshold, the number of rewarded slots, the reward per slot, requirements for participants and the deadline.
- When a Campaign is published its full budget is locked in escrow within the Service. Rewards are paid from escrow; the unspent remainder is returned to the Advertiser when the Campaign ends.
- Creators must publish their video after joining a Campaign, use the campaign track, include the required campaign hashtag in the video description, and keep the video publicly available at least until the Campaign is settled.
- Submissions pass automatic checks (video ownership, publication date, required hashtag) and manual review by the Advertiser, who confirms that the video matches the brief and uses the required track. Advertisers must review submissions in good faith.
- Performance is measured by data returned by the official TikTok API. Values shown by other tools may differ; the API data is decisive.
- Rewards are credited automatically when a video reaches the Campaign goal and a rewarded slot is available.
5. Balance and settlements
- All balances and settlements in the Service are denominated in Russian roubles. A balance reflects a prepayment for Service fees and the scope of the user's claim; it is not electronic money, securities, digital currency or a means of payment outside the Service, it does not accrue interest and it cannot be transferred between users.
- Advertisers top up an advertising balance and spend it on Campaigns: creator rewards and the Service fee. RUB 1 paid equals RUB 1 of balance, with no top-up fee, and the balance never expires. Payment methods are listed on the Payment page and prices on the Services and pricing page.
- The unspent balance is refunded on request — see the Refund policy. A purchased or granted advertising balance is only spent on Campaigns and cannot be withdrawn.
- Creators receive rewards on their balance and may withdraw them to a Russian bank card provided they are registered as self-employed (professional income tax payers). Only rewards earned for services actually rendered can be withdrawn.
- The legally binding terms of service, payment, refunds and withdrawals are set out in the public offer; these Terms describe the rules of using the Service and do not replace it.
- We maintain a full double-entry ledger of all balance operations.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Artificially inflating views, likes or other metrics (bots, paid engagement farms, view exchanges).
- Submitting videos you do not own, or the same video to multiple Campaigns.
- Deleting or hiding a video before a Campaign is settled after receiving a reward.
- Uploading content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.
- Circumventing the Service's checks, abusing bugs, or accessing other users' data.
We may reject submissions, void rewards obtained in violation of these Terms, suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud.
7. Intellectual property
Advertisers represent that they hold the necessary rights to the tracks they promote. Creators retain rights to their videos and grant the Advertiser and BeatBounty a non-exclusive right to view, link to and display the video within the Service for Campaign purposes. The Service's software, design and branding belong to BeatBounty.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that any Campaign will reach its goals, or the availability of TikTok APIs on which parts of the Service depend. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatBounty's aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5–8) survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
